Vintage and secondhand items are final sale. If you have any questions regarding an item feel free to e-mail firstname.lastname@example.org prior to purchase. We'll get back to you as soon as possible (typically within 24 hours). Vintage / second hand items may have minor flaws due to the nature of being pre- loved items. Some examples of minor flaws include, but are not limited to; pilling, minor markings, slight discolorations, loose threading, and other signs of wear from the previous owner and age. Please pay careful attention to photos and product descriptions.
Orders typically take 1-5 business days to process before they are shipped. After that, domestic orders are shipped via USPS and take 2-7 business days to arrive. Tracking information is sent via email. Inclement weather, distance from sender, or a variety of other unforeseen circumstances may extend arrival times.
